Chapter 4
“This guy is a better kisser than
Yamcha was,” Bulma giggled mentally.
“This feels great,” Vegeta
thought at the same time and then broke off the kiss. He let go
of Bulma and swam to the surface. “Good, they’re gone,” Vegeta
told himself.
“Can we go to dry land?” Bulma asked as she surfaced
beside him.
“No,” Vegeta answered, looking a little
red.
“Vegeta, about what happened a few moments
ago...”
“Don’t even mention it!” he growled.
“Okay,” she
sighed.
“Bulma,” Vegeta said softly.
“Yes?”
“Nothing,
come on let’s go,” Vegeta said and scooped her up and blasted out of the
water.
“I wonder what made him do that? I thought he only
cared about himself,” Bulma asked herself, touching her lips.
They were still warm from Vegeta’s kiss.
After a few minutes of
flying, they landed in a forest. “What are we going to do here?”
Bulma asked.
“Nothing! I’m just tired!” Vegeta
growled.
“I haven’t really thought about it, but I think there’s no
night time in this planet,” Bulma said.
“How’s that
possible?”
“There’s probably more than one sun,” she
explained.
“That sucks,” Vegeta snorted.
“Whatever.”
Bulma reached for her pocket and threw a capsule on the ground, it turned
into a house.
“What the?” Vegeta gasped.
“Come on
in. We can rest here,” Bulma told him as she was about to enter the
house. Reluctantly, Vegeta followed.
Bulma went to the bedroom
and quickly dove on the bed. “Oh, this feels great,” she moaned.
“Oh!” Vegeta was staring at her from the door. “I guess
you want to rest too, huh?” she chuckled nervously. “Well, we can
share the bed,” she said and putted up a fake smile.
“No, I’ll just
sleep outside,” Vegeta answered coldly.
“Are you nuts? It’s
bright out there. You won’t get any sleep.”
“Why do you
care?”
“I don’t. It’s just that... well... since there’s bad
guys flying around Namek, I need you to be in good shape. As long
as I’m with you, if you’re toast, then I’m toast. You’re my only
protection for now. Now, get your Saiyan butt over here!” Bulma
spat out.
“Stupid low-class woman,” Vegeta grumbled as he walked to
the bed.
“Now, you can have half of the bed.” Vegeta lay
beside her and both were facing away from
each other.

“Aaaaaaahhhh!” Bulma screeched when she
woke up. She found herself wrapped around with Vegeta’s
arms.
“What’s happening, are we under attack?!!!” Vegeta gasped as
he woke up too and sat up.
“You BEAST!” Bulma growled as she
slapped his cheek. “A kiss for air is okay, but not this!!! Oh,
I’m so sorry, it wasn’t your fault. I over reacted...”
Vegeta
ran out of the room and Bulma followed. “Wait!” Bulma cried as
Vegeta blasted to the sky. “What am I going to do now?
Krillen and Gohan don’t know that I’m here.”
“Why should I stay
with her any longer? She’s of no use to me, she doesn’t know where
the last Dragon Ball is,” Vegeta told himself while flying through the
sky. “I’ll find that last Dragon Ball and I’ll be immortal!
MWA HA HA HA!” he laughed insanely, trying to get the past incident
out of his mind.
“It’s a good thing Vegeta didn’t see me with
this Dragon Ball,” Krillen told himself. He sensed Vegeta coming
and hid in the forests below. “Let’s see how strong I am now with my
powers awaken,” he thought sinisterly. “Kamehameha,” he whispered
and fired a huge yellow beam at Vegeta above.
“Huh? I
sense an energy heading my... aaaaahhh!” Vegeta was so busy
forgetting what happened before that he didn’t sense Krillen’s
kamehameha coming until it hit him.
“All right! Wait until I
tell Gohan and Bulma that I got rid of Vegeta!” Krillen cheered himself
as he saw Vegeta fall out of the sky.
